Buying process

Outline

  1. Start by choosing a vehicle at one of the USA car auctions. Decide on the price and follow the rules of the buying process set by the auction of your choice.
  2. A bilateral agreement will be signed between you (the buyer) and Aivi Shipping. The agreement can be signed online, by fax or during a traditional physical meeting.
  3. Before the auction begins, you will be required to transfer a 10% advance payment for Aivi Shipping. In case your bid in the auction is unsuccessful, the full amount of advance payment will be returned to you.
  4. If the purchase of the vehicle is successful, you will be required to transfer the remaining part of the charge to Aivi Shipping within 3 business days. If the payment is delayed, you will have to cover the additional storage fees.
  5. Right after receiving your payment, we will pick-up the vehicle from the auction and take care of its transportation to the port and loading to the ship.
  6. Immediately after the purchase of the vehicle, you will receive a special user’s ID. With the ID, you will have access to all the information regarding your vehicle, including container number, shipping line title, container location, and photos from the auction / loading center.
